It takes less than a minute to get access to a user dashboard to place orders, see order history, and add funds to your wallet. Simply fill out the form. You don’t have to provide passwords to your social media accounts, nor connect them.

Enter your full name, a valid email address (important for helpline support), and a unique username. Your username must be between 5 and 20 symbols. It is suggested that your account password consist of both numbers and symbols, and be longer than 8 symbols for security reasons. A phone number is also required to authenticate users and secure dashboard access.
Once a user account is created, deposit money to activate your account and place your first order. You can do so by selecting “Add Funds” from your dashboard and then, choosing PayPal, all major cards, or cryptocurrency. When the transaction is made, you will see changes in your wallet balance. If the cost of the purchase exceeds the wallet deposit you will see your balance status as low. Now is the time to place order(s).
From your dashboard tap “New Order” and select the “Category” from the drop-down menu. Category means the social networking platform (TikTok or YouTube, for example).
Then, tap on the service you need - anything from TikTok followers and views to retweets and YouTube subscribers. You can also read a brief service description right below it.
Copy and paste the URL link to your post, or username (in case with account followers). The link to a post should look like this: “ https://www.instagram.com/p/... ”
Next, type in the “Quantity” of likes, followers, or views (look at max and min). Depending on the category and service, the acceptable amounts may vary from 10 - 10 000.
Filling out the “New Order” form you can see the service fee that will be charged from your wallet. Note, to place the order, your wallet balance has to be more than the service fee.
Double-check on your order details before hitting “Create Order”. Each order receives a unique ID which is later used to track the order status through the user dashboard, create support tickets, or retrieve a certain order details from the purchasing history.
Logging into your SMM account, head straight to “Orders” from the dashboard. Hit “Order History” to get a list of all orders you have placed with SMM Company. Together with the date, the link you provided, the service name you will see the order status.
