Terms of Service

1.1. By visiting our website at https://smm.company, accessing your dashboard, or any of the services and/or products SMM Company offers you are the subject to all modifications and changes to the following Terms of Service.
1.2. SMM Company reserves the right to make changes to this agreement at any time without user notification. It is your responsibility as a user and customer to keep track of the changes being made.
1.3. Changes to Terms of Service may involve a website appearance, services offered, order processing and/or delivery, pricing, email correspondence, etc. All changes are made to improve the quality of service and customer experience, and are subject to any applicable laws.
1.4. The user can find the latest version to these Terms of Service agreement at the bottom of this website, or through the user dashboard at any time he/she visits https://smm.company.
1.5. The services are available for users of at least 13 years of age and older. The use of services of customers below the age limit requires parental permission and control. We ask users younger than 13 years old to first gain parental approval before accessing the service. For refunds based on parental disapproval read our Refund Policy.
1.6. SMM Company is not affiliated with Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter, Twitter, Twitch, or other social media platforms, and copyrights belong to their respective owners.
1.7. You may not alter, copy, or use any content from SMM Company without written permission from our representative. Any false statements, content or brand misrepresentation, or reproduction of content with such permission is subject to copyright infringement, and will be addressed in court, or prosecuted under applicable laws.
2.1. The only purpose of any of the services offered by SMM Company, and its affiliates, resellers, or partners is social media marketing and social promotion.
2.2. Affiliates, partners, and resellers abusing these Terms agreement and/or our website, platform, system, brand name, or copyrights for any illegal use are subject to prosecution under applicable laws.
2.3. System abuse or any illegal or harmful actions as uploading nude content, harassing, or trolling our support agents or other social media users will result in immediate temporary or permanent user account suspension. The wallet funds will be withheld and orders cancelled with no refunds issued for intentional abuse of SMM Company’s brand and its reputation.
2.4. Under no circumstances shall our website users/resellers/customers knowingly exploit the system including to gain advantage, exploit its speed or bug in a manner other than purchasing or reselling services.
2.5. Users/resellers/customers abiding these Terms should not question our integrity nor their orders completion. If for any valid reasons we are not able to complete the order, the sum charged for the service will be re-credited to the user's wallet. Read the Refunds section of this agreement for details.
2.6. In the time of social media updates, orders accrue, technical updates, and/or public holidays and events, natural disasters, mass protests, and in other unfortunate circumstances order processing and delivery may slow down significantly. If your order is taking more than 72 hours, and is still Pending or In Progress with no visible growth in the number of followers, likes, views, or comments, reach out to email@example.com or via the Live Chat.
2.7. In such circumstances, we ask users of our Service to give us extra time while reaching out to us. Their patience and loyalty in difficult times is appreciated by the SMM Company team and will not be forgotten.
2.8. Some services may include replacement for valid reasons, while other services do not. If refill is available it will appear in the service description of your New Order form.
2.9. SMM Company is not liable for any damage or loss you incur supposedly after ordering our services.
2.12. The delivery time for all the services listed on our website is only approximate and cannot be interpreted as the exact delivery time. We ask users to understand that delivery, while automated and faster than manual, is heavily influenced by the number of orders in queue, technical updates and issues, and execution officers monitoring orders completion.
2.13. Because followers and/or subscribers you buy do so for certain incentives and not by their own will, no engagement is guaranteed. Placing subsequent orders with SMM Company implies that you are aware that no further effects other than the increase in the number of the number of followers, likes, views, or comments, is guaranteed.
2.14. Changing your username, removing a video for which you placed the order will permanently stop the delivery process. Making your account private will also delay and/or prevent the delivery of your order. Please, make sure the links are working, your username, and email address are valid, and your social account is set to public before ordering services.
2.15. Please note that if a video you placed the order for has been taken down by you, or by the platform you use while the delivery was “In Progress”, your order cannot be completed. Reach out to support as soon as you can. Because the order completion is impossible for the issues from your side and not our service or system, fund re-credits or link replacements are at our sole discretion.
2.16. If a video/post/account is taken down or suspended while the order was “Pending”, or “Processing” and the delivery has not started yet, you can replace the old link with the new one reaching out via firstname.lastname@example.org, Live Chat, or opening a support ticket. In case of order cancellation, the money you paid for the service will be re-credited to your wallet so that it can be used for a different order.
2.17. Because SMM Company is selling non-tangible irrevocable goods you agree that once the order is placed and the payment approved, you cannot revoke your actions or cancel your order once it goes through the system and the Order ID is assigned.
2.18. For services where refill is available, it is only applicable if no more than 30 days past after the purchase is made, and for no more than 2 orders at once. Discuss refill issue with support agent via Live Chat, email@example.com, or by opening a support ticket.
CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
3.1. Orders can be cancelled only for valid reasons and only if the order status is “Pending”, which means they have not been processed yet.
3.2. Valid reasons for cancellation include human emergencies and misfortunes as death, or accidents, and shortage of funds in such circumstances. A family member can reach to firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us as soon as possible. Important: orders can be cancelled ONLY if the delivery has not started.
3.3. A change of mind cannot be considered as a valid reason for cancellation of your order.
3.4. Still, we want each customer to get the best experience they deserve. If you are experiencing any issues or regrets about your order(s) after placing them, talk to us via Live Chat, create a support ticket, or email at email@example.com. We will cancel your order if it is “Pending” or even “Processed” but yet to be delivered.
3.5. In rare cases, if the delivery has not started within the first 48-72 hours after the order placement, you can cancel the order by notifying the agent via Live Chat, support ticket, or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
3.6. An agreement between us and the customer can be reached on a case by case basis if the customer agrees to wait some more time for certain reward or in compassion.
3.7. Full refunds are issued if we fail to start the order within 48-72 hours after its placement, and/or because of inability to complete the order for technical reasons.
3.8. Partial refunds are issued if for technical reasons the order that is already in progress cannot be completed. The charge for the already delivered services will be deducted from the sum a customer paid for the purchase. The rest of the sum will be re-credited to the user's wallet.
3.9. You agree that upon purchasing you clearly understand what services you are purchasing and for which post, and will not file a fraudulent dispute.
3.10. Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we have the right, if necessary, to reset or terminate your account, and/or permanently ban your IP address.
3.11. Issued refunds are re-credited to the user's account wallet within 12 - 72 hours after approval, and not through cash, cards, or otherwise.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
IN NO EVENT SHALL SMM COMPANY, ITS WEBSITE CURRENTLY OPERATED AT HTTPS://SMM.COMPANY , ANY OF ITS COPYRIGHT OWNERS, DIRECTORS, SUBSIDIARIES, OR STAFF MEMBERS ARE LIABLE FOR ANY FINANCIAL OR PHYSICAL DAMAGE, LOSS, OR MENTAL PAIN AND SUFFERING YOU EXPERIENCE. BY CREATING YOUR SMM ACCOUNT, CONTINUING TO USE YOUR DASHBOARD AND/OR API PROVIDED BY SMM COMPANY, VISITING OUR SITE, AND CONTACTING SUPPORT AGENTS YOU AGREE NOT TO HELD ANY OF SMM COMPANY OFFICES, COPYRIGHT OWNERS, DIRECTORS, STAFF MEMBERS RESPONSIBLE FOR ISSUES ARISING FROM ANY ILLICIT OR MISFORTUNATE USE OF THE SERVICE. THE WEBSITE, SERVICES, AND PLATFORM FEATURES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND YOU CONTINUE TO USE IT CONSENT TO THESE TERMS AGREEMENT AND AT YOUR OWN RISK.
